I am excited to introduce a new Nought Milk series called A Tour of Cheese.
Every Friday I will introduce a new type of cheese made from either goat milk or sheep milk. (First up is manchego!)
In this series, I will talk about the origin of the cheese, describe the taste, include a selection of delicious recipes (best part!), as well as a few suggestions for places to purchase the cheese.
I’m really excited to share this great series with you every week! I hope that it inspires you to try some new cheeses and start cooking!
